Alpha-Blockers: Caution is advised when PDE5 inhibitors are co-administered with alpha-blockers like Tadalafil Oral Strips. In certain patients, use of these two medicine classes together can decrease blood pressure significantly leading to symptomatic hypotension (for example, fainting).
Use of Tadali with alpha-blockers, antihypertensives or substantial amounts of alcohol (more than 5 units) may lead to hypotension.
