Diltiazem is a medicine with antianginal, vasodilating and antihypertensive properties. Diltiazem is indicated for reducing the risk of cardiovascular events in adult patients with:
- mild to moderate hypertension
- chronic stable angina (including exertional angina)
- moderate to severe angina pectoris (effort angina)
